Interview with our partner, Prashant Bhawnani, Revenue Management & Operations Support – Multi property

Prashant Bhawnani is responsible for Revenue Management and Operations Support at two partner hotels: Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport (partner since 2019) and Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Vaughan (partner since 2024). With the increasing number of passengers, there has been a notable rise in diverse travel preferences and demands. We have witnessed a surge in business travelers seeking efficient stays between flights, leisure travelers looking for flexible accommodation options, and even local guests opting for daytime amenities for various purposes.

What’s the profile of your guests? What are the different travelers’ profiles?

Our guest profiles vary greatly, ranging from business travelers with tight schedules to leisure travelers exploring the city for brief stopovers. Additionally, we cater to families seeking convenient stays near the airport, couples celebrating special occasions with day-use options, and individuals attending events or conferences in the vicinity.

The shared customer base we have with Dayuse comprises travelers who appreciate flexibility, convenience, and quality services during their short stays. By understanding and addressing the diverse needs of these customers, we aim to exceed their expectations and provide memorable experiences whether for business or leisure.
